The agenda will include discussion of board initiatives, updates from board representatives and reports from stable inspectors. There will be a tour of the center\u2019s riding facilities immediately following the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>This month\u2019s meeting will begin with the presentation of the March Touch of Class Award to Scott Serio of Cecil County.
