The agenda will include a presentation on the Environmental Integrity Project\u2019s recent report, \u201cStopping the Flood Beneath Baltimore\u2019s Streets\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission serves as an advisory body to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture.
