The Envirothon \u2013 the equivalent of an academic Olympic competition \u2013 is a rigorous two-day, outdoor natural resources competition for teens passionate about the outdoors and the environment. Teams will compete in five areas of environmental studies: Soil\/land use, aquatics ecology, forestry, wildlife, and this year\u2019s environmental issue: non-point source pollution \u2013 low impact development.\u00a0 The winning team will represent Maryland at the Canon Envirothon, North America\u2019s largest outdoor environmental competition. Travel east on Route 68 for 5 miles (toward Boonsboro &amp; Antietam Battlefield).
