\"MDA<\/a>ANNAPOLIS, MD <\/strong>\u2013 \u00a0The Maryland Agricultural Commission will meet from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, May 13, at the Maryland Department of Agriculture, 50 Harry S Truman Parkway, Annapolis. The agenda includes a presentation for the Maryland Young Farmers Advisory Board on the recent Maryland Young Farmer Survey.\u00a0 Following the Young Farmer presentation, Ernie Shea of Solutions from the Land will give a presentation on Animal Manure Management in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.<\/p>\n

The Commission serves as an advisory body to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture. Its members are appointed by the Governor and represent major commodity groups across Maryland.
