As a group, Commission members address legislative and policy issues that affect Maryland agribusiness.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered, applicants must be Maryland residents and have experience in the Equine industry.\u00a0 Appointments are made by Governor Martin O\u2019Malley, and each member is eligible to serve two, 3-year appointed terms, depending on the Governor\u2019s decision on the appointment.
