Media Advisory: Maryland Agricultural Commission Spring Tour Scheduled for May 8

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Maryland Agricultural Commission—an advisory board to the Secretary of Agriculture, which represents all major Maryland commodities—has scheduled their spring tour for Wednesday, May 8. The Commission will be touring five agricultural operations in Harford and Cecil County.

Tour stops include visits at a mushroom growing facility, a 500-acre orchard with agritourism activities, a dairy that produces on-the-farm ice cream, a farmhouse brewery that uses local ingredients to make brews onsite, and a farm that offers a diverse array of agricultural products.
