ANNAPOLIS, MD (Oct. 1, 2015) –The Spay and Neuter Advisory Board will meet Friday, Oct. 16, from 12:00 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), 50 Harry S.
