Meeting Notice: Spay and Neuter Advisory Board to Meet October 15

ANNAPOLIS, MD (Oct. 6, 2014) –The Spay and Neuter Advisory Board will meet Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 5 p.m.to 7 p.m. at the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), 50 Harry S.
