Meeting Notice: Maryland Agricultural Commission to Meet July 9

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Maryland Agricultural Commission will meet from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, July 9, at the Maryland Department of Agriculture, 50 Harry S Truman Parkway, Annapolis. The agenda includes na Agriculture Census update presentation by Dale Hawks, the Maryland State Statistician for the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service. The Ag Commission serves as an advisory body to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of agriculture. Its members are appointed by the Governor and represent major commodity groups across Maryland
