MEETING NOTICE: Maryland Pesticide Reporting and Information Work Group to Meet August 12

ANNAPOLIS, MD (July 30, 2013) – The Maryland Pesticide Reporting and Information Workgroup will hold its second meeting on Monday, August 12 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Environmental Matters Committee Room in the House Office Building in Annapolis. The agenda will focus on pesticide data needs.

The primary charge of the work group (created during the 2013 legislative session) is to identify any data gaps in pesticide use and reporting that need to be filled and how best to fill them. The work group’s recommendations are due back to the General Assembly by summer of 2014.
