Meeting Notice: MDA’s Invasive Plants Advisory Committee to meet July 9

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Maryland Department of Agriculture’s (MDA) Invasive Plants Advisory Committee will meet on Tuesday, July 9, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, at MDA headquarters, 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis. The committee will discuss status of risk assessments, signage for Tier 2 plants, permitting and destruction process for Tier 1 plants, outreach to the regulated community, and phase-in considerations.
