MEDIA ADVISORY: Internationally Known Designer of Horse Parks to Speak at Maryland Horse Industry Board Speaker Series
ANNAPOLIS, MD – Internationally known equestrian facility designer Todd Gralla, the Director of Equestrian Services and Principal at Populous in Oklahoma City, will give a talk entitled, “Designing Horse Parks around the World” at 7 p.m. on June 19 at Montgomery County Agricultural History Farm Park, 18400 Muncaster Road, Derwood. His presentation is the second in the Maryland Horse Industry Board’s (MHIB) Speaker Series. MHIB is a program within the Maryland Department of Agriculture. Mr. Gralla designed the 2012 London Olympic equestrian facility and has played a key role in the development or redevelopment of more than 200 equestrian venues around the world, as well as more than 140 state and county fairgrounds. The MHIB Speaker Series is designed to provide those in the industry with educational presentations as well as new ideas and perspectives on the industry from both inside Maryland and across the nation.
