ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Maryland Horse Industry Board (MHIB) will meet Tuesday, April 2, at 10 a.m. in the Double Parlors at the Historic Belair Mansion, 12207 Tulip Grove Drive, Bowie.The meeting agenda will include updates on current MHIB initiatives, reports from Board representatives and the stable inspector.
