Meeting Notice: Maryland Horse Industry Board to Meet March 5

The Maryland Horse Industry Board (MHIB), a program within the Maryland Department of Agriculture, will meet Tuesday, March 5, 10 a.m. in Room 1420 of the Animal Sciences Building, #132, University of Maryland, 1117 Animal Sciences Center, College Park. The MHIB meeting will include updates on current MHIB initiatives, reports from board representatives and stable reports from our inspectors. Also during the meeting, there will be a presentation by University officials on the proposed new master design for the University of Maryland Campus Farm as well as a tour of the current farm facilities.
