Meeting Notice: Pesticide Advisory Committee to Meet Sept. 26

ANNAPOLIS, MD (September 12, 2012) – The Maryland Department of Agriculture’s Pesticide Advisory Committee will meet Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to noon, in the first floor conference room at MDA, 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis. The agenda will include an update about the mosquito control program and other pesticide regulatory updates. The Pesticide Advisory Committee reviews current pesticide management and advises the Secretary of Agriculture of actions necessary to produce healthy agricultural products and to protect structures, while ensuring the health of citizens and protection of natural resources.
