Meeting Notice: Maryland Agricultural Commission Spring Tour Scheduled for May 10

Annapolis, MD – The Maryland Agricultural Commission has announced it will hold its spring tour in Dorchester and Wicomico County on Wednesday, May 10 at 9:30 a.m. The agenda for the tour is as follows:
9:30 a.m. | Tour Baywater Trading Company Facility (Salisbury, MD)
10:55 a.m. | Tour and lunch at Wrights Market (Mardela Springs, MD)
1:40 pm | Tour Luthy Farm (Cambridge, MD)
2:50 p.m. | Tour Blue Oyster Environmental (Cambridge, MD)
6:00 p.m. – 7 p.m. | Public meeting (and dinner) at Layton’s Chance in Vienna, MD with Ag Commission members, Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA) Secretary Kevin Atticks, MDA Senior Staff, local agricultural and community leaders, and government officials to discuss the Maryland agricultural industry.
