Workshop on Understanding Acidified Foods Offered
The University of Maryland, Department of Nutrition and Food Science will conduct an “Acidified Foods Training Workshop” from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday Nov. 29, at the Maryland Department of Agriculture, 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis. The workshop is designed to teach the basics of food safety requirements and the regulations associated with the manufacture of acidified foods in Maryland.
