Meeting Notice: Spay and Neuter Advisory Board Meeting Rescheduled to Sept. 18

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Spay and Neuter Advisory Board meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 10, has been rescheduled for Thursday, Sept. 18, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), 50 Harry S.
