Inmate Fails to Return to Baltimore Halfway House

An arrest warrant has been issued for a 54-year-old inmate who failed to return Thursday, April 4, 2019 to The Threshold Inc. halfway house in Baltimore.

Steven Passaro, who is serving a four-year sentence for robbery, left the facility at 1702 St. Paul St. at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday for his work release job at a Baltimore bakery.

He was scheduled to return by 4:00 a.m. Thursday yet failed to report.

Anyone with information on Passaro’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
