TOWSON, MD — Not only does Public Safety host correctional and law enforcement officials from around the world, we sometimes take our training on the road.

Recently Det. Capt. William Sage and Director of Correctional Training Jane Sachs were in Armenia, providing anti-corruption training for the country’s Ministry of Justice and prison staff as part of a partnership with the U.S. Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement.

“It was an incredible experience,” Sachs said. “The graduation and feedback was great.”

So great, in fact, that the ministry asked Sachs and Sage to return in six months to review their progress.
