Correctional Officer intercepts contraband

TOWSON, MD — Congratulations to another of our hard-working correctional officers, CO II Michael Blake Hancock who received the Secretary’s Citation for intercepting contraband before it was able to be smuggled into one of our facilities.

Hancock has worked for the department since 2009 and has made working for Public Safety his career. He hopes one day to earn his way into a management position.
