Secretary Moyer at the New Jersey County Jail Wardens Association Conference

Towson, MD — Secretary Moyer attended the New Jersey County Jail Wardens Association Annual Training Conference in Atlantic City where he gave opening remarks. Moyer touched on several issues facing correction professionals across the region including parole decisions, pre-trial issues, pre-release initiatives, and the proper utilization of segregation.
