{"id":9143,"date":"2015-09-24T12:30:30","date_gmt":"2015-09-24T16:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.maryland.gov\/dnr\/?p=9143"},"modified":"2017-04-14T16:06:23","modified_gmt":"2017-04-14T20:06:23","slug":"dnr-accepting-bids-for-trapping-in-somerset-and-worcester-counties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.maryland.gov\/dnr\/2015\/09\/24\/dnr-accepting-bids-for-trapping-in-somerset-and-worcester-counties\/","title":{"rendered":"DNR Accepting Bids for Trapping in Somerset and Worcester Counties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/wildlife\/Plants_Wildlife\/images\/Muskrat_Russell_Verbofsky-Painet-Inc[1].jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"221\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is accepting bids for the 2015-2016 trapping season for Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) in Somerset and Worcester Counties, as well as\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/wildlife\/Publiclands\/Natural_Areas\/HickoryPoint.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Hickory Point Natural Area<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/dnr2.maryland.gov\/publiclands\/Pages\/eastern\/janesisland.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Janes Island State Park<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/dnr2.maryland.gov\/wildlife\/Pages\/publiclands\/eastern\/johnson.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Johnson WMA<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must pick up their bid packages in person at <a href=\"http:\/\/dnr2.maryland.gov\/wildlife\/Pages\/publiclands\/eastern\/wellington.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Wellington WMA<\/a> (32733 Dublin, Rd., Princess Anne, MD 21853) or the <a href=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/service\/salisbury.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Eastern\u00a0Regional Service Center<\/a> (201 Baptist Street, Salisbury Md. 21801) and return them, sealed, via mail or in person to the Eastern\u00a0center by 12 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2015.
