At Daddieo\u2019s Pet Store in Cumberland, officers found a dozen corn snakes.<\/p>\n<p>The pet shop, at 12512 Naves Cross Road, and the home on Winchester Road are owned by John Paul Stosick III, 47, of Cresaptown.<\/p>\n<p>Maryland law makes it illegal to possess cobras and rattlesnakes. The pet shop was selling the corn snakes without a permit and it had no certificates of origin for them.<\/p>\n<p>The cases have been turned over to the Allegany County State\u2019s Attorney for review.
