DNR staff and representatives from sporting and conservation groups will use hand-on activities to teach participants about natural resources stewardship, wildlife biology, shooting safety and ethical conduct in the field.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Junior hunters will learn about archery, sporting clays and hunting with dogs, with professionals in a safe, mentored setting. All equipment will be provided, with certified instructors overseeing all shooting activities.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch is free for all participants and their parents\/guardians. Registration is required and is limited.
