The results will be used to evaluate the need for regulation updates to develop a trophy northern pike fishery in the lake.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Survey forms are available\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dnr2.maryland.gov\/fisheries\/Documents\/Northern_Pike_Survey.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>\u00a0or at the following tackle shops: Deep Creek Lake Outfitters, McHenry; The Bassin\u2019 Box, LaVale; Backbone Mountain Sports Shop, Oakland; and Nicklow\u2019s Wholesale Bait, Addison, Pa.<\/p>\n<p>Completed forms are due <strong>April 30, 2015<\/strong> and may be returned to the Department via:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mail: Maryland DNR Fisheries Service; 301 Braddock Road; Frostburg, MD 21532;<\/li>\n<li>Fax: with cover letter to: (301)689-7200; or<\/li>\n<li>Email: to: <a href=\"mailto:matt.sell@maryland.gov\">matt.sell@maryland.gov<\/a> (<em>Please include \u201cNorthern Pike Survey\u201d in subject line).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please submit only <strong>one survey per angler<\/strong>.
