Users will need to remove the old app and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/Pages\/dnrapp.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">download an updated version from the DNR website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The new <a href=\"https:\/\/mdoutdoors.maryland.gov\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MD Outdoors licensing system<\/a> went online in June for residents and visitors to purchase Maryland hunting and fishing licenses as well as associated stamps and permits, boat and off-road vehicle renewal registration, and other services. The new MD Outdoors app can also be used to display an individual\u2019s hunting or fishing license as well as boating or off-road vehicle registrations when needed.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The MD Outdoors app will continue to include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maps and directions to Maryland State Parks, trails, Wildlife Management Areas, boat launches and water access sites<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maryland State Parks\u2019 activities and amenities by location;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hunting season information by date;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An option for hunters to report their harvest directly to DNR;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A location-based sunrise\/sunset display;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maryland fish and shellfish identifier;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tide time tables and state fish record information;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hunting, fishing and boating regulation guides; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">More features to be added.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">DNR\u2019s mobile app has been downloaded by more than 253,000 users since first introduced.
