Maryland Department of Natural Resources photo.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Maryland Park Service graduated 33 young Marylanders from the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/publiclands\/Pages\/cjc.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conservation Jobs Corps<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> after four weeks of job training, conservation education, hard work, and fun.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A celebration and ceremony was held August 1 at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/publiclands\/pages\/southern\/sandypoint.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sandy Point State Park<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in Anne Arundel County with the Acting Superintendent of the Maryland Park Service, Ranger Angela Crenshaw, as the keynote speaker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Maryland Conservation Jobs Corps is a summer program that provides opportunities for youth ages 14-17 and young adults ages 18-20 to complete hands-on projects throughout Maryland\u2019s State Parks.
