Judges selected his stunning depiction of a hen and a drake blue-winged teal, complete with leg band and mirror-like reflection in the water, aptly named \u201cQuiet Waters.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The artwork will be featured on the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/wildlife\/Pages\/hunt_trap\/mgb_stamps.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">stamps that hunters purchase to hunt all migratory game birds in the state<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, with the proceeds funding migratory game bird research and habitat enhancement on public lands. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The winner was chosen by a panel of judges on Nov. 10 at the 49<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Annual Waterfowl Festival in Easton in front of art enthusiasts, as well as some of the entrants and their families.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI am happy to win and am grateful to be a part of the event,\u201d said a surprised Klinefelter.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cCongratulations to our winner and all participants.
