Limited to Select Dates in November<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Photo<\/a>The Maryland Department of Natural Resources<\/a> announced that a managed\u00a0archery deer hunt<\/a> will take place at North Point State Park<\/a>\u00a0in Baltimore County on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in November, beginning Nov. 2\u00a0and continuing through Nov. 21, 2018.<\/p>\n

Thirteen hunters per day will be permitted to hunt in five\u00a0specified areas of the park.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All hunters will be required to have a free Central Region Permit<\/a> to participate.\u00a0Hunters may apply for the free permit\u00a0online<\/a>, by mail or by visiting the\u00a0Gwynnbrook Wildlife Management Area<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The first day of the hunt, Nov. 2, will be filled through a lottery. Hunters may submit only one individual application; duplicate or group applications will be disqualified.\u00a0Lottery applications must be received by Oct. 19; the lottery will be drawn Oct. 22. Winners will be notified by email or phone.<\/p>\n

The remaining hunt dates will require hunters to make reservations.\u00a0Deer harvested during the managed hunt will count against the Region B bag limit.<\/p>\n
