As part of Governor Hogan\u2019s Customer Service Promise to make services more accessible to Marylanders, a new combined service center has opened at 160 Harry S. Truman Parkway in Annapolis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince taking office in 2015, one of my top priorities has been to provide Marylanders with the highest level of customer service and to reshape the image of state government being slow and inefficient,\u201d said Governor Larry Hogan.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year, several combined service centers have opened across the state in Bel Air, Essex, Frederick, Salisbury and now Annapolis. Since April 26, 2017, nearly 30,000 transactions have been completed at these combined service centers.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cPartnering with the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration to consolidate our services has been well-received by our customers,\u201d said Maryland Natural Resources Secretary Mark Belton. \u201cThis new combined service center in Annapolis will serve as a convenient one-stop-shop for area residents to get what they need for their recreational activities or their work on our lands and waters.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the Annapolis service center, customers will have access to the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recreational hunting, fishing, and crabbing licenses;<\/li>\n<li>Commercial fishing licenses; and<\/li>\n<li>Off-road vehicle permits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cWe are happy to bring these convenient services and vital products into one location for the great people of Annapolis. Maryland Department of Transportation will continue to look for areas where we can work with other state agencies to provide accessible services in one centralized location,\u201d said Maryland Department of Transportation Secretary Pete K.
