The department evaluates possible changes every two years.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past several months, the department has presented proposed management concepts to a variety of external and internal partners and stakeholders, including farmers, hunters, trappers and other outdoor enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs always, the feedback from this stage of the process helps inform and improve our proposed concepts,&#8221;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/wildlife\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wildlife and Heritage Service<\/a> Director Paul Peditto said. &#8220;As a result we have made several changes to the proposals and now present the current concepts for further public review and input.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The public can <a href=\"http:\/\/dnr.maryland.gov\/wildlife\/Pages\/hunt_trap\/Comments\/Hunting_Seasons\/2018-2020-Proposed-Hunting-Seasons.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">view the proposed regulations<\/a> and comment <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doit.state.md.us\/selectsurvey\/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=881Il99#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online<\/a>.
