The Board of Public Works approved the easement Dec. 6, 2017.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful to keep this land a productive part of the local economy and to protect the scenic view on the Eastern Shore,\u201d Maryland Environmental Trust Director Bill Leahy said.<\/p>\n<p>The easement is located in Talbot County immediately outside of the Town of Easton.
