DHCD also maintains an upcoming training calendar on its website.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Owners, managers and stakeholders are encouraged to continue monitoring their email and the DHCD website for information about future trainings and additional guidance on new and updated asset management processes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suggestions or requests for future trainings may be submitted to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:dhcd.prolinksupport@maryland.gov\"><b>dhcd.prolinksupport@maryland.gov<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2025 Annual Compliance and Tenant Event Submissions<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following the Procorem training, the Division of Credit Assurance will open the submission period for <\/span><b>December 31, 2025 annual compliance certifications and tenant events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and provide certification forms and instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The submission period will remain open throughout <\/span><b>September 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Project owners and management companies should monitor their <\/span><b>Procorem Asset Management Workcenters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for additional information and submission instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Compliance certifications and tenant events must be submitted through Procorem.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During the submission period, the Division will prioritize assistance to project owners and management companies experiencing technical issues and will provide enhanced support as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Transition to Procorem<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Division of Credit Assurance is continuing its transition to Procorem as the primary platform for asset management communications, notifications and submissions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The goal is to have all <\/span><b>owner and property manager contributors registered and active in all of their Asset Management Workcenters by September 1, 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and to fully transition communications and notifications to Procorem by the end of 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Owners and property managers should ensure that the appropriate staff are actively monitoring their project Workcenters for communications, tasks and notices. The Division should also be notified when users need to be added, removed or updated.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Email Inboxes Being Phased Out<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As part of the transition to Procorem, the Division has begun reducing its use and monitoring of several existing email inboxes.
