After review, DHCD will issue final guidelines along with additional guidance, templates, and trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Upcoming Trainings for Procorem Asset Management Requests (MF and BAM)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DCA will continue to provide guidance and trainings for submitting asset management requests and supporting documents through Procorem WorkCenters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Next Training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The next virtual training will take place:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Date:<\/strong> February 27, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 10:00 AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Topic:<\/strong> Using Procorem WorkCenters to submit asset management requests and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This training, and future sessions, will be recorded and made available on the Division of Credit Assurance website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Training Calendar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DHCD will also maintain an upcoming training calendar on its website.
