The Community Development Administration (the \u201cAdministration\u201d), a unit of the Division of Development Finance of the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), will conduct a public hearing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The hearing is concerning a plan of financing for the issuance of additional Single Family Program bonds and notes to make funds available to finance the acquisition of Single Family Program loans for calendar years 2026-2028. Such bonds and\/or notes are intended to be \u201cqualified mortgage bonds\u201d under section 143 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
