access <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">free support<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to help bring clean energy improvements to their properties!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This <\/span><b>capacity-building program<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> gives multi-family housing providers the tools and resources needed to secure energy efficiency upgrade financing, improve energy performance, and meet Maryland&#8217;s building performance standards\u2014<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">all at no cost to participants.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3><b>Program Highlights:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This opportunity is made possible by the <\/span><b>National Housing Trust (NHT)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> with support from <\/span><b>Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>New Ecology, Inc.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, in partnership with the <\/span><b>Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>Maryland Department of
