A<br>substantial amendment to the FY 2024 Annual Action Plan is necessary in order to receive the<br>RHP funds. For this grant, the State is proposing to use the funds through a competitive process<br>to county governments who can apply for themselves or on behalf of eligible non-profit<br>providers to provide recovery housing for women and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) hereby gives<br \/>notice that the substantial amendment to the FY 2024 Action Plan will be available for public<br \/>review and comment from October 2 through November 1, 2024. Upon conclusion of the<br \/>comment period on November 1st, all responses received will be considered and the plan will be<br \/>finalized and submitted to HUD.<\/p>\n<p>There will be two public hearings during the comment period to discuss the proposed plan.
