ANNAPOLIS, MD – Lt. Governor Boyd K. Rutherford chaired the first meeting of the Maryland Opportunity Zone Leadership Task Force at the State House in Annapolis on Friday, February 22, 2019. The task force, led by Lt. Governor Rutherford, was created through Executive Order 01.01.2019.01, signed by Governor Hogan in January.
