Notice of Funding Availability: Computer Lab Grant Program
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development’s Office of Statewide Broadband is administering funding for the Computer Lab Grant Program (MD-CLP).
The Office of Statewide Broadband’s MD-CLP program is a grant program to increase the availability of public access computer centers. This grant opportunity will enable access to computer devices and expand computer labs. This notice of funding availability pertains only to the funding allocation for MD-CLP and provides a preview of the application which will be available online.
To be eligible to apply, an applicant must meet one of the following criteria:
- be a local government (Counties & Municipalities);
- be a local government agency delegated by the local jurisdiction;
- be a foundation, corporation, institution, association, or coalition that is – (i) a not-for-profit IRS approved 501(c) entity and (ii) providing services within the State of Maryland;
- a community based anchor institution serving people with disabilities, veterans, those formerly incarcerated or re-entering society, and/or homeless individuals within the State of Maryland.
Applications will open Tuesday, October 22, 2024 and close on Friday, November 22, 2024. All applications and supporting documents must be submitted via email to: osb.de@maryland.gov.
