The Maryland Community Investment Corporation (MCIC) is seeking qualified consultants to support community development organizations (CDOs) participating in the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative (BVRI).
If you have experience in capacity-building, real estate development, finance, or community engagement, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact in Baltimore neighborhoods by helping local organizations bring critical revitalization projects to life.
Best Consideration Deadline: Friday, August 8, 2025, by 5:00 PM ET
Submissions will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis until BVRI Support Fund contributions are fully awarded.
