Courtney wears many hats for the division and is the epitome of \u201cDoing Great Service\u201d. Courtney always goes over and beyond for his staff, clients, and the Agency.\u00a0 He is knowledgeable, approachable, and freely offers his advice and experience.\u00a0 He leads by example stepping up to the challenges that we face daily and encourages the team to do so as well.\u00a0 We have had several leadership changes the past few years and throughout it all, he has stepped into new roles without any questions asked.\u00a0 He looks out for his staff, listens to their concerns and\/or works through conflicts that may arise. He believes in the team concept and looks to promote within. He always demonstrates a positive attitude, internal and externally, he works well with his colleagues and is always reliable at a drop of a dime when a crisis arises.
