\"\"<\/a>Lisa Banks<\/strong>, an architectural technician in the Office of Design, Construction & Energy, records DGS final drawings and takes care of their distribution to using agencies as well as to DGS-contracted construction and engineering firms. During in-house designs, Lisa assists project managers in creating the perfect design through her very skillful knowledge of symbols and creativeness in producing a drawing that fits that particular project. She always has a pleasant attitude and gives her very best every day.<\/p>\n

Lisa also manages the division\u2019s fleet, ensuring that they\u2019re safe for travel. In addition, she manages office furniture and equipment and assists new employees in settling into their work spaces. She was nominated for Caught DGS because of her attitude, willingness to assist wherever needed, and dedication to her job.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Alba Castillo<\/strong>, with Annapolis FOM, is a model employee. She is tasked with the unique job of keeping the State House clean and providing exceptional customer service to everyone in that very important building. She comes to work on time and does her job with a friendly attitude. The building supervisors and her colleagues consistently catch her working very hard and DGSing every day. Alba knows what needs to be done and always does it without being asked.<\/p>\n

Her supervisors have never heard anyone complain about Alba\u2019s work, but they certainly have received numerous compliments. A few folks on the Governor\u2019s staff and the Senate staff have recognized Alba\u2019s work, stating, \u201cAlba always does the best job.\u201d\u00a0 Her co-workers like to brag about what a great job she does and especially how easy it is to get along with her.<\/p>\n

The Annapolis FOM supervisors thought that Alba should be recognized for her extremely hard work and dedication to Doing Great Service!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Tonya Kilgo<\/strong> is a key resource for our eMMA Helpdesk in the Office of State Procurement. She is the first line of assistance for users having a problem with eMMA. Tonya analyzes the user\u2019s problem, which is often technical in nature, and provides a rapid resolution. Despite a high volume of tickets to resolve pertaining to an IT system still in its infancy, Tonya always maintains exemplary customer service and always conducts herself with professionalism and integrity.\u00a0 Here is a representative comment from a user she assisted:<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to commend one of the members of your team who responded to difficulties I was experiencing in trying to register our company on the EMMA site. . . . [B]ut it wasn\u2019t until receiving a note from Tonya that she and I were able to retrace all of my footsteps to find the errors and with her recommendations I was finally able to get us registered.<\/em> I wish all state offices had the same kind of resourceful and customer service-focused employees. She\u2019s a \u2018keeper.\u2019\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
