U.S. & Maryland Flag Flow Half-Staff, Wednesday, June 26, 2019

Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag to be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This action is in honor of Firefighter Michael Powers of the Libertytown Volunteer Fire Department, who died in the line of duty on June 25, 2019.
