Attention: Mandatory Emergency Maintenance on State Center Buildings

UPDATE:

Great news! DGS is pleased to report that the chilled water line repair project for the State Center complex is complete. All systems related to the air conditioning system have been restored to their normal function. The complex will be ready to receive staff and public on Tuesday, May 26, 2019.

A special note of thanks to the DGS FOM Baltimore Public Buildings and Grounds team, and the contractor for a well-executed job, which has concluded ahead of DGS’s projected schedule.

As a result of emergency repairs to the chilled water system at the State Center Complex state agencies may be lightly staffed at the following buildings; 201 W. Preston, 300 W. Preston, 301 W. Preston, and 1100 N. Eutaw.

If you have business with an affected state agency in one of the above mentioned buildings in the time period between Friday, May 24, 2019 and Friday, May 31, 2019 we recommend considering postponing or rescheduling your business for the following week.
