Maryland Flag Flow Half-Staff, Monday, April 22, 2019

Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This action is in honor of Officer Kyle Olinger, of the Montgomery County Police Department, who died on April 18, 2019 as a result of injuries sustained while in the line of duty 15 years ago.
