Maryland Flag Flow Half-Staff, Wednesday, April 3, 2019

This is to advise that Governor Larry Hogan ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This action is in honor of Staff Sgt. Dinora Flores of the Maryland National Guard, who died today, April 2, 2019.  Staff Sgt. Flores is a 10-year veteran of the Maryland National Guard.
