DATE AND TIME:  June 11, 2018 at 11:30 pm

LOCATION:  Southbound Interstate 95 south of Maryland 200, Beltsville, Maryland 20705

 

VEHICLES:  Vehicle 1 – 2010 Honda Fit

DRIVER: Unknown

PASSENGER(S): Erlinda Ramirez 19 years old; Mauricio Ramirez 20 years old

VICTIM/PEDESTRIAN: An Unidentified Hispanic Adult Male

 

NARRATIVE:

Maryland State Police – College Park Barrack is investigating a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on southbound Interstate 95 south of Maryland 200 (ICC). The collision occurred on June 11, 2018 at 11:30 pm.  Preliminary investigation revealed an unidentified Hispanic male was in a lane of travel on Interstate 95 at the time of the collision. A Honda Fit was traveling in the southbound lanes and collided into the pedestrian. The two occupants inside the vehicle advised the operator had fled on foot after the collision.

 

Any witnesses to the collision are asked to contact the Maryland State Police – College Park Barrack.
