MSDE Announcement: Innovative School Schedule Workgroup to Meet January 18

BALTIMORE – The first meeting of the Maryland State Department of Education’s Innovative School Schedule Workgroup will be held on Wednesday, January 18 at the Maryland Department of Transportation. The meeting will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The workgroup will explore different school scheduling models. It will review effective practices and look at the impacts of innovative scheduling. A report will be produced for the State Board of Education, with recommendations for innovative school scheduling models.

The Maryland Department of Transportation office is located at 7201 Corporate Center Drive in Hanover. The meeting will be held in the Harry Hughes Suite 3. A state-issued ID is needed for entrance into the building.
