Manor Woods Elementary to be Honored by State Superintendent

Howard County Blue Ribbon School Celebrated on March 16

WHAT: Manor Woods Elementary will be honored by the State Superintendent as part of her Tour of Excellence. The school is a 2016 Maryland Blue Ribbon School. An assembly will be held to honor the achievements of teachers and students. Entertainment will be provided by the strings and chorus members of Manor Woods.

WHEN: 9-10:30 a.m.: Assembly (Note: the schedule may be pushed back two hours if the school system implements a two-hour delay.)

(Note: State Superintendent Salmon is scheduled to visit two other Howard County schools following the Manor Woods celebration. She will tour Wilde Lake Middle School at 11 a.m. and Running Brook Elementary at 12 noon. Again, a school system delay could push back the schedule.)
